bad customer service
Pros: nice products, natural .... but not like it's the only company out there
Cons: should treat each & every customer as an asset & wanting to attract & keep business
"Nice products I discovered while staying at Brasada Ranch near Bend HOWEVER website not accurate & errors on their end not at all remedied in a fashion that made me feel that my business is very valuable. I find that surprising: one would think in a market with so much competition and other fabulous products, being a local customer, and in the spending of totally discretionary $ in this economy would prompt them to be more ingratiating. "
