"Has anyone else lost money when using Larson's consignment business? You give them merchandise to sell, they send you a check when they sell it for part of the money. But it doesn't work so good when they lose the merchandise, and if you ask them about it they just say they never got it."

"I recently bought a chair from Larson's. It was not in the store to sit in, but I had seen it online and thought it would work. It didn't work and I had to send it back, but they made the whole process easy. Paula was wonderful and the two guys that brought the furniture out (and back) were very nice and very careful with the furniture. Another thing I really like is that their prices beat anybody else. If you see something in another store and it is a furniture line that Larson's carries(like Flexsteel, Stanton, Best), they can order it for you and give you a better price. All in all I was very pleased with the customer service even though I didn't get the chair. I will use them in the future."
