"Called there for some new tires for my bike and left a message to please call (never called) ordered 2 tires on E-bay called to have them inst. no call!!!! called the cell # and left a message finally got a call back made an appt. for 1:00 to have the tires put on and was informed i would have to pay an addy. charge cuz i did not buy tires from to which i would have if you would have called me back!!!! $80 he said to pull and mount and balance and re-install took almost 24 hours to get the bike back and cuz he had to take 10 extra mins to pull off my hard bags it cost me $110 Never Again!!! even called me and said both tires are the same size which one goes on the front? i said the one that has front on it from the factory front tires have a softer compound i would have figured a tire shop would know that!!!. they are busy and their hours are from 11am to 7pm someone needs to get there early and get some work out maybe a split shift needs to be implemented!!. "
